Introduction

This document outlines the Terms of Service and License Agreement for ScratchFL, an auxiliary tool for lottery game odds. By using ScratchFL, you agree to these terms.

If you're entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

License Grant and Intellectual Property

A membership to ScratchFL grants you the right to view our reports and use them to make decisions for your game purchases at will.

You cannot:

• Redistribute our reports on the internet.
• Redistribute our reports for your own monetary gain.
• Share your account credentials to a group.
• Scrape our data as part of an automated system.

Doing any of the above will result in your account being closed with no refund, and potential legal action if sufficient damages are deemed to have been caused.

Intellectual Property

ScratchFL and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calm Software LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Liability

Calm Software LLC's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of ScratchFL — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Calm Software LLC may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of ScratchFL.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our product! If you're not satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 5 days of your purchase.

Since our product costs just $20/year, refunds after 5 days are not available.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms
